Terms of Use

These terms apply when customers use MopFinder to find cleaning companies and when cleaning companies enroll to receive booking requests.

What MopFinder does

MopFinder by Spotvira helps customers create a cleaning profile, receive a private Cleaning Booking Panel, review company options where available, and request bookings from independent local cleaning companies. MopFinder is a coordination and technology service. We do not perform cleaning services directly.

Cleaning Booking Panel

A Cleaning Booking Panel is a private page connected to a customer request. It may show the customer profile, matched company options, pricing guidance, company trust details, booking requests, provider responses, and contact details. The panel may change over time as providers are added, removed, reviewed, approved, declined, or updated.

Independent cleaning companies

Cleaning companies are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or contractors of MopFinder unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Each provider is responsible for its own pricing, staffing, worker classification, taxes, insurance/bonding claims, licensing or registration where applicable, supplies, scheduling, quality, guarantees, cancellations, refunds, damages, and completed services.

Provider enrollment

Cleaning companies may enroll for free. Enrollment does not guarantee approval, placement, ranking, visibility, booking volume, or revenue. MopFinder may review company information, public reputation signals, customer feedback, coverage area, service fit, responsiveness, pricing clarity, and operational capacity. MopFinder may approve, reject, pause, hide, or remove a provider option at any time.

Prices, estimates, and booking terms

Prices shown in a Booking Panel may be estimates based on provider enrollment data, customer inputs, selected hours, add-ons, minimums, and stated policies. Final pricing, timing, scope, and acceptance are subject to provider confirmation. A provider may confirm, decline, propose a different time, or propose a different final price if the job details require it.

Payment and deposits

Unless MopFinder separately states otherwise, payment for cleaning services is handled between the customer and the independent cleaning company. Many providers collect payment after cleaning. Some providers may request a deposit after a booking is confirmed. Customers should review the provider’s terms before paying. MopFinder generally recommends keeping deposits reasonable, such as around 25%, unless the provider clearly explains a different requirement.

MopFinder fees

MopFinder may charge customers a coordination, booking, or support fee for our service. We do not currently charge cleaning companies for enrollment, leads, bookings, or commissions unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

No guarantee

MopFinder may help structure expectations and booking terms, but we do not guarantee provider availability, provider response, price, quality, outcome, safety, insurance/bonding status, background-check status, staffing, schedule performance, re-clean results, or completed services. Provider claims should be verified directly with the provider when important.

SMS and email notifications

If you opt in, MopFinder may send transactional SMS or email messages about customer requests, provider enrollment, Cleaning Booking Panels, company options, booking requests, provider confirmations, proposed time or price changes, and support. Message frequency varies by activity. Customer SMS frequency may be up to 10 messages per cleaning request. Provider SMS frequency may be up to 20 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or provider enrollment.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate information, reviewing provider details, confirming access instructions, protecting valuables, disclosing relevant property conditions, pets, parking, hazards, or special requirements, and deciding whether to hire or continue with a provider.

Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for keeping enrollment information accurate, responding honestly to booking requests, honoring confirmed terms or clearly proposing changes, maintaining required insurance or legal compliance where applicable, and delivering services professionally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as MopFinder changes. Continued use of the website, Booking Panel, provider enrollment, or booking workflow after updates means you accept the updated terms.
