This page explains how MopFinder collects, uses, and shares customer cleaning profiles, Booking Panel information, and provider enrollment information.

Information we collect
We collect details you submit, including name, email, phone number, service location, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, cleaning profile, access notes, preferences, booking selections, selected add-ons, customer notes, consent choices, and support messages. We may also collect technical information such as page visits, device/browser details, approximate location from IP address, analytics events, and form interactions.
Provider information
For cleaning companies, we collect enrollment details such as company name, legal business name, contact person, phone, email, booking email, booking SMS number, website, Google Business Profile, rating/review information submitted by the provider, logo link, coverage area, years in business, insurance/bonding answers, pricing rules, add-on prices, exclusions, equipment, policies, consent choices, and profile updates.
How we use information
We use information to create Cleaning Booking Panels, match customers with providers, contact customers and providers, request provider enrollment, estimate booking pricing, send booking requests, receive provider responses, support customers, improve the product, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with legal or operational obligations.
Provider sharing
We may share customer request details with independent cleaning companies so they can assess service area, capacity, availability, price, staffing, supplies, add-ons, access requirements, and whether they want to enroll or respond to a booking request. We try not to share direct customer contact details with providers until needed for a booking, support, or final coordination.
Customer-facing provider details
We may show enrolled provider information to customers, including company name, website, public review signals, years in business, coverage fit, pricing rules, add-on prices, equipment, exclusions, insurance/bonding answers, policies, supplies, and other profile details submitted by the provider or gathered from public sources.
SMS and email consent
When you opt in to SMS or email, we use that contact information to send transactional updates about requests, provider options, booking requests, confirmations, proposed changes, and support. We store consent evidence, including the submitted consent values and timestamp. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics, advertising, and tag-management tools, including Google Tag Manager and Google advertising tags, to understand page activity, measure conversions, improve the site, and support marketing. These tools may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies according to their own policies and your browser settings.
Data storage and security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the information we process. No website or transmission method is perfectly secure. You should not submit sensitive access codes, payment card details, medical details, or highly sensitive personal information unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for requests, Booking Panels, provider enrollment, customer support, business operations, dispute handling, analytics, legal compliance, or fraud prevention. We may retain backup, log, and audit records for a reasonable period.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete certain information, subject to operational, legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP. You may also adjust cookie and advertising settings in your browser or Google account.
