Independent cleaning companies

MopFinder by Spotvira does not perform cleaning services directly. Cleaning companies are independent providers responsible for pricing, staffing, insurance/bonding claims, scheduling, cleaning quality, supplies, guarantees, and completed services.

Company information and trust signals

MopFinder may display public reputation information, provider-submitted profile details, pricing rules, policies, insurance/bonding answers, equipment, and other trust signals. This information is provided for customer review and convenience. Customers should verify any important claims directly with the provider before relying on them.

Estimates and price changes

Prices, hourly rates, minimum hours, and add-on pricing shown by MopFinder may be estimates or provider-submitted pricing rules. Final price may change after provider review, walkthrough, photos, access details, property condition, selected add-ons, parking, timing, customer changes, or final provider confirmation.

Booking confirmation

A booking request is not final until the cleaning company confirms it, or until the customer accepts a proposed alternate time or price. Providers may decline a request or propose changes. MopFinder cannot guarantee that a specific provider will be available.

Deposits and payment

Payment terms are set by the provider unless MopFinder states otherwise. Some providers may ask for a deposit after a booking is confirmed. Customers should review the provider’s payment, refund, and cancellation terms before paying.

Cleaning terms

MopFinder helps customers write clearer booking terms, but those terms are not a legal guarantee from MopFinder. The provider is responsible for accepting, clarifying, revising, or performing the confirmed cleaning terms.

Damage, loss, quality, and disputes

Any damage, loss, missed task, late arrival, cancellation, refund, re-clean, quality issue, worker conduct issue, or service dispute is between the customer and the independent cleaning company. MopFinder may help coordinate communication, but does not guarantee a resolution.

No emergency service

MopFinder is not an emergency cleaning dispatch service. If there is an immediate health, safety, biohazard, or property emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency or professional service.
